SavviSound LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the provider of the SavviSound mobile application and the SavviSound website, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process the data that we gather related to your interaction with the Application and/or our Site, as well as the information you may submit when you register or create an account for the Application or contact us by email. This Policy also describes the choices that you have regarding our use of your data and your ability to access, correct, or delete your data. By using the Application or visiting our Site, you accept the terms of this Policy, and agree to the data collection, use, and sharing described in this Policy. We may seek your consent by other means, such as by asking you to click on a button or to change a setting. Where we do so, we will also offer you a way to revoke your consent.

We use reasonable and appropriate security measures designed to help secure your Personal Information against unauthorized use, loss, access, modification, destruction, or disclosure while it is in our custody or under our control. These measures include physical, organizational, and technological measures that are proportionate to the quantity and sensitivity of the Personal Information. Physical measures include secure work areas, and technological measures include encryption, firewalls, anti-virus, and system security monitoring. Organizational measures include the use of access controls to restrict access to Personal Information on a “need to know” basis for our employees, contractors, and agents.

 

Location and retention of your Personal Information

 

The Personal Information we collect is stored on your device and can be transferred and processed on servers located in the cloud. Information stored in a foreign jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of general application in the foreign jurisdiction, including lawful access. If we transfer your Personal Information outside of your jurisdiction, we will take steps to ensure your information is adequately protected in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

 

The time periods for which we retain your Personal Information depend on the purposes for which we collected it. We routinely destroy Personal Information that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, including for the purposes of processing the service ordered, or meeting any legal or reporting requirements.

SavviSound LLC takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information in our custody is accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which the information was collected.

 

Other Information We May Collect

 

–     We may collect data regarding usage, hydration, and journey results from trial and paid users of the Application and Site.  This information will be de-identified from personal data, and used in aggregate form to analyze site effectiveness.  We may include information from this data on the public facing website regarding the product, to better inform new users regarding site effectiveness.

 

 

Your Rights

 

Depending where you reside, you may have one or more of the following rights relating to your Personal Information. Some of these rights will be subject to specific requirements or limitations under applicable law. Available rights may include:

 

Right to opt-out: You may “opt-out” or withdraw your consent at any time to the collection, use, disclosure or any other form of processing of your Personal Information.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. None of our services are intended for use by children under the age of 13.
