This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 1, 2024.
Thank you for downloading the SavviSound mobile application (the “Application”) and/or visiting the SavviSound official website www.savvisound.com (the “Site”).
SavviSound LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the provider of the SavviSound mobile application and the SavviSound website, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process the data that we gather related to your interaction with the Application and/or our Site, as well as the information you may submit when you register or create an account for the Application or contact us by email. This Policy also describes the choices that you have regarding our use of your data and your ability to access, correct, or delete your data. By using the Application or visiting our Site, you accept the terms of this Policy, and agree to the data collection, use, and sharing described in this Policy. We may seek your consent by other means, such as by asking you to click on a button or to change a setting. Where we do so, we will also offer you a way to revoke your consent.
What personal information do we collect?
In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” includes any information about an identifiable individual or any information that may reasonably be linked to an individual.
You may choose to provide your Personal Information when you use the Application, visit our Site, create an account, or contact us, such as information necessary to use certain features of the Application, or for the purpose of your inquiry.
We may collect the following personal information when you register or create an account for the Application or on our Site:
Contact Information, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address;
Payment Information, such as a credit card number and other billing information to process the payment; and

How we may share your personal information
We may share your Personal Information with:
Third-party providers, that help us operate our Site, including providers that offer services such as hosting, data analytics, event logging, information technology, digital and other marketing;
Third-party providers, that assist us in the fulfillment and delivery of your orders;
Third-party providers, that assist us in processing of your payments and fraud prevention; and

We take reasonable steps to only use third-party providers that ensure a comparable level of protection for your Personal Information and that are under legal and contractual obligations to adhere to applicable privacy and data protection legislation, to safeguard Personal Information in accordance with the sensitivity of the information, and to only use the Personal Information provided to them for the purposes in which it was disclosed.
We may also share your Personal Information where required to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request, in accordance with applicable law, or when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of SavviSound LLC, our customers, or others.
How do we protect your Personal Information?
We use reasonable and appropriate security measures designed to help secure your Personal Information against unauthorized use, loss, access, modification, destruction, or disclosure while it is in our custody or under our control. These measures include physical, organizational, and technological measures that are proportionate to the quantity and sensitivity of the Personal Information. Physical measures include secure work areas, and technological measures include encryption, firewalls, anti-virus, and system security monitoring. Organizational measures include the use of access controls to restrict access to Personal Information on a “need to know” basis for our employees, contractors, and agents.
Location and retention of your Personal Information
The Personal Information we collect is stored on your device and can be transferred and processed on servers located in the cloud. Information stored in a foreign jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of general application in the foreign jurisdiction, including lawful access. If we transfer your Personal Information outside of your jurisdiction, we will take steps to ensure your information is adequately protected in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
The time periods for which we retain your Personal Information depend on the purposes for which we collected it. We routinely destroy Personal Information that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, including for the purposes of processing the service ordered, or meeting any legal or reporting requirements.
Accuracy of Personal Information
SavviSound LLC takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information in our custody is accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which the information was collected.
Other Information We May Collect
– We may collect data regarding usage, hydration, and journey results from trial and paid users of the Application and Site. This information will be de-identified from personal data, and used in aggregate form to analyze site effectiveness. We may include information from this data on the public facing website regarding the product, to better inform new users regarding site effectiveness.
Your Rights
Depending where you reside, you may have one or more of the following rights relating to your Personal Information. Some of these rights will be subject to specific requirements or limitations under applicable law. Available rights may include:
Right to opt-out: You may “opt-out” or withdraw your consent at any time to the collection, use, disclosure or any other form of processing of your Personal Information.
Rights of access, correction, and erasure: You may request access to and obtain a copy of any of your Personal Information that we hold, to request the correction of any inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information related to you or to request the deletion of your Personal Information under certain circumstances. You also have the right to know the types of Personal Information being collected, whether your Personal Information is being sold or shared, and to whom it is being sold or shared.
Data portability: You may request to receive all Personal Information that we hold in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also require that we share this information to another entity, where this is technically feasible.
Right to objection or restriction of processing: You may object to or restrict our processing of your Personal Information under specific circumstances. Where your Personal Information is subject to restriction we will only process it with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. You may also have the right to opt-out of the sale of Personal Information to third-parties. In addition, you may have the right to object to processing (including profiling) where we are relying upon legitimate interests to process Personal Information.
Right to object to direct marketing (including profiling): You may have the right to object to our use of your Personal Information (including profiling) for direct marketing purposes.
Right to equal service and price: You have the right to be free from discrimination, for instance, being charged a different price or providing a different quality of goods or services to you for exercising your rights.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. None of our services are intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you believe we have collected information from your child in error or have questions or concerns about our practices relating to children, please notify us and we will promptly respond.

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in SavviSound LLC’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to those using the SavviSound mobile application (the “Application”) or that visit the SavviSound official website https://www.savvisound.com (the “Site”) who reside in the State of California (“you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
If you exercise any of the rights afforded to you by the CCPA, we will continue to treat you fairly.
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device (“Personal Information”). Personal Information does not include:

In the preceding twelve (12) months, SavviSound LLC has not sold Personal Information.
