What is the best way to Tune with SavviSound?

Tune your entire body to SavviSound to optimize results.  Listening to SavviSound with earbuds does not provide most members with overall body results.

Can I Tune to SavviSound while performing other activities?

SavviSound members have good results Tuning to SavviSound when meditating, reading, exercising, and working on other projects. SavviSound is not recommended for use when driving or operating machinery.

Can other people tune to My SavviSound with me?

Your SavviSound Tune is designed for you, and may not have the same positive effect on others that it has for you. SavviSound is safe for everyone around you except pregnant people.

What happens if I stop MY SavviSound?

Some SavviSound members found that benefits stopped when they stopped SavviSound. Restarting SavviSound caused their benefits to resume.

Why does SavviSound track hydration?

Hydrated SavviSound members experience better results, so tracking hydration is part of the app.

How much is should I hydrate?

Use the HYDRATION CALCULATOR to enter your weight, and calculate your optimal hydration.
If the calculated hydration is significantly different than your normal hydration, please consult your consult your physician before changing your hydration level.

What fluids should I include when counting daily hydration? 

Water is the best hydrating fluid.  Please do not count coffee, tea, or alcohol in your hydration.

What if I am taking a diuretic medication?

If you are taking a diuretic medication, consult your physician before changing your hydration.

What if I have problems with potassium, magnesium, sodium, calcium, or any other electrolyte?

If you have an electrolyte problem, SavviSound recommends you consult your physician before changing your hydration. It can be dangerous for people with abnormal electrolyte levels to change hydration.

What if the amount of hydration recommended by SavviSound differs from my normal hydration amount?

If the amount of hydration recommended by SavviSound differs significantly from your normal hydration amount, SavviSound recommends you consult your physician before changing your hydration.

Why is SavviSound free for two months?

SavviSound benefits appear after 1-2 months of daily use two times per day, hydrated. SavviSound wants you to know if SavviSound Tuning is right for you before joining as a member.

Is SavviSound safe in pregnancy?

The effects of SavviSound in pregnancy are not known. SavviSound is not recommended during pregnancy.
